To motivate myself to get to the gym or do any training was close to impossible so I sought the help of Karen and Max at Mullum Fitness.
I have been working with Karen and Max for just 6 weeks now and I’m already feeling a difference in my body. Within the first two weeks I lost 2kg and 2cm off my hips and thighs. Woohoo!!!
Karen is extremely attentive throughout the entire workout helping me get the most customized program I can get. She gets me motivated even when I don’t feel like working out. She is very professional, and most of all makes working out fun. Karen has a great energy and that has been a big part in helping me get results so soon.
Max’s enthusiasm in his Pilates classes is great. He is very knowledgeable, dedicated, a great motivator, very professional and he will keep you on your toes. I love attending his classes.
Along with Pilates and Personal Training sessions, I am also having 1/2hr G5 sessions with Karen twice a week and getting results. I’m over the moosn with the outcome so far, as the cellulite has reduced dramatically and I can finally wear shorts and not be paranoid about it. I would recommend the treatment to anyone. I was that impressed with the G5, I purchased the hand held G5 so I could use it at home.
So far I am very happy with my progress and it’s only going to be better.
I have no hesitations recommending Karen and Max at Mullum Fitness to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer.
