At Mullum Fitness we teach evolved Pilates (based on original Pilates, influenced from latest exercise science and research) that is suitable for anybody. Whether beginner or advanced we will accommodate and challenge you at your level of ability. For us, safe exercise and proper technique comes first. We believe that more and better movement control with proportional load will lead to best outcome.
Our classes target the major postural weak spots: Middle back, Core and Gluteal muscles. Each session is structured into 3 phases: Warm up and mobilization, main practice, flexibility and relaxation.
Subsequent sessions will be designed with your specific postural issues, needs and goals in mind. A variety of specialized equipment will be used to challenge your body and your mind!
Each session will be both fun and challenging and very much a learning experience. You will discover your own strengths and weaknesses and how to correct them.
Haven’t done online training before? You will be surprised how well it works! Our training platform is interactive and we see each participant in on a huge screen, so we can best correct form and monitor your technique. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
