Laura is a massage therapist and Pilates instructor with 20 years in the industry. Her background in Remedial Massage means she brings to Pilates a detailed knowledge of anatomy and years of experience in observing bodies and facilitating change. 

As a highly experienced remedial therapist, Laura has the skills and expertise to treat and advise on your aches, pains or injuries. She also engages equally in treatments more focused on calming the nervous system, unwinding postural stress and promoting more restorative sleep.

Laura is a passionate advocate for the role of movement in overall health and vitality. She places equal importance on developing a sense of ease and confidence in the body as she does on building strength, flexibility and stability. To Laura, moving well is more than the absence of pain or injury. It’s about feeling the freedom and spontaneity to explore life to the fullest.

Diploma of Polestar Pilates Studio & Rehabilitation Method 

Certificate IV Pilates Mat-work Instruction (Pilates ITC)

JEMS Certified Clinical Rehabilitation Practitioner
