In the Online Stretch and Release Class, each participant receives an individualized routine including elements of: Stretches, Myofascial releases and Trigger-point releases.
The overall aim of this online class is to improve posture, mobility, functional strength and prevention of injuries. The emphasis is to lengthen muscles that contribute or create disharmony and through that enhancing your body’s ability to function less restricted, improve self-healing and overall well being. Optional is also to include balance and strength work for specific target areas. This class is perfect for those seeking a balance to other fitness, cardio or sport activities helping to maintain body equilibrium.
