Many of our clients arrive at Mullum Fitness after a health scare or significant life change. We take you on your journey to recovery and hold your hand every step of the way. The beginning is not easy but our highly experienced and professional team get you where you want to be.

As we are are not a clinical facility, we have a large network of local allied health practitioners that we refer to and work together with should this be required prior to starting sessions with us.

Our Training packages include:

  • Sessions in person at our private studio in the heart of Mullumbimby. Or if training online , sessions are held via interactive live stream and high quality audio/video engagement. Works with any device.
