I began to feel more alive, energetic, happier within myself as well as stronger!

Max is an inspirational, extremely positive person, aware also of what each person needs.

Yes, because of how it made me feel, also really like short regular busts of exercise!

Improve my resting pulse, lower blood pressure, increase fitness & lose weight.

Stressed! and a bit flabby.

How do you feel now after training with Mullum Fitness (compared to before)?
I love how energized I feel after the class. My heart rate & BP are lower, my muscles firmer and my confidence increased.

Max is a great instructor. The classes are varied, interesting & challenging, while he is professional and caring.

It was part of a school initiative to improve fitness.

What were your goals for training with Mullum Fitness?
To gain some sort of fitness and muscle tone.

How did you feel before starting training with Mullum Fitness?
Very weak, poor posture and a constantly sore back that never stayed aligned for long.

How do you feel now after training with Mullum Fitness (compared to before)?
My back is stronger and more flexible, my posture has improved, I feel taller and more light on my feet.

What do you enjoy about training with Mullum Fitness?
I enjoy the company of the people I train with, Max and the variety of exercises.

What have you gained from training with Mullum Fitness?
Self-confidence through being able to walk tall and a greater understanding of my body and its movements – I´m no athlete!

Would you recommend Mullum Fitness to a friend? And why?
Yes! The regular classes have helped me immensely, they can help anyone. Max is a great instructor, kind, humerous but firm.
