Yes, as it is a very detailed approach to Pilates, everything is checked and being a small class you are adjusted to correct pose and that enables you to get the most out of it.

I wasn´t doing any exercise other than walking so I felt the need to join a class again

Not as toned & was having trouble with my lower back & right hip

I notice when I don´t attend a class for a week. I feel stronger & somehow more grounded
